چکیده

Abstract Slug pulling, adhesion formation and edge fracture are major challenges in the sheet metal processing industry. They lead to a strong reduction part quality, process stability as well profitability. In this study, investigations carried out on stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 address previous mentioned challenges. While slug pulling strongly depend geometric characteristics of active elements selection parameters, is mainly determined by temperature thermoelectric currents. publication, influence die channel geometry effect quality investigated. Furthermore, profile over shear cutting resulting currents for test material. The relationship between crack sensitivity, parameters strategies examined. These thus form basis an improved understanding steel.
